Flowers
Three of these flower suncatchers
are made with glass that was originally in a handmade Millefiori pendant
from Venice.
Millefiori, which translates to "A Thousand Flowers",
owes its particular beauty to a very complicated process in which
small segments of differently shaped and colored glass rods are
placed close together and then fused to form a tiny, one-of-a-kind
mosaic.
